Get information on your First United accounts any time you want with Telephone Banking.

No matter where you are, day or night, you can:

  • Access account balance information and transaction history
  • Access specific check information
  • Transfer funds between your checking and savings accounts*
  • Transfer funds from your checking or savings to your Line of Credit*
  • Place check reorders**

All you need is an ATM or VISA® Check card, PIN number and a touch tone phone. Signing up is easy! Contact your local Community office today to sign up for this FREE service!

*Transfers and withdrawals from certain types of accounts to another account or to third parties by preauthorized, automatic, telephone, computer transfers, check, draft, or similar order to third parties is limited to only six (6) per month or statement cycle. **Fees apply to check reorders.

Additional Features and Services

Text Banking
– Sign up for text banking in the Mobile Banking Center located on your Internet Banking dashboard. Once you're enrolled, you can send a text message to us at 79680 and we'll respond with the info you need! Just use any of the codes below. Message and data rates may apply depending on your contract with your cellular provider.

 

B – Receive your account balances

 

H – Get your transaction history for a particular account (will require you to choose an account)

 

L – Receive the My Bank Mobile banking link for your smart phone

 

HE or HELP – Receive a link to help content regarding mobile and our phone number to call if you need to chat with us about mobile banking.

 

S or STOP – Turn off text banking. If you do this and wish to turn it back on, you will need to re-enroll your phone

 

R – Request an activation code for reactivation of the mobile web

 

C – Receive a text with a list of these commands

NOTICE

Some customers have reported receiving text message alerts, stating that their debit card has been "blocked" and that they need to reply to the text message with their full debit card number. This is a phishing attempt and you should never enter your card information or any other private personal information into a text message or email.

Please know that First United will never ask you for confidential or private information through text, email or social media channels. If you are ever unsure about a communication from the Bank, please contact our Customer Care Center directly at 1-888-692-2654.
