Donna has eighteen years of financial services experience. She began her financial services career as a Teller and Personal Banker in Hampton Roads, Virginia, and progressed to a series of increasing responsible and challenging assignments as a Branch Manager with regional financial services companies in various locations in Virginia. Most recently, Donna served as Vice President and Branch Manager at two different branches of a national financial services company in the Frederick market, improving the performance of both branches during her tenure, especially in improving customer experience. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland University College with an associate’s degree in Business Administration.
